Xiaomi Sub-Brands and Their EcoSystem Platform
It feels great in terms of the collaboration and sub-brand relationship which Xiaomi built every time with many companies like MIJIA, BlackShark, Huami, VIOMI, Zhimi, ZMI, and now POCO. The Chinese tech giant company creates the whole technology marketplace into a scalable ecosystem platform not only in China but also all over the world and still progressing. They already started Mi Crowdfunding platform in China and India as well, where the interested people/buyers vote for the expected products and can pre-order without any flash sale or mass production.
