4. Firewall:
Your Windows Firewall might interfere with the game files, so it’s recommended to add the game into the exception list of Firewall protection. To do that:
- Press Windows button > search for Windows Firewall
- Then click on “Allow an app for the firewall”
- Click on Change settings
- And then click on “Allow another app”
- Browse the installed Genshin Impact .exe file as well as the whole folder on your PC drive
- Now, click on Add to simply include the file to the Firewall Whitelist
- Finally, click on OK to save changes.
- Restart your computer once and then try to play Genshin Impact.
