1. Check Internet Connection

If there’s a connection problem, then that’s the reason why your video call ends up getting on loading. An intermittent network connection and a spotty internet connection can make your video call freeze. So it’s recommended to perform a troubleshoot your network connection.

2. Use another device

This issue has mostly encountered with Google’s own Chrome OS. So the devices like Chromebooks might annoy with this loading interference. Sio uses another device and visits Google Meet’s official portal and starts the meeting again.

3. Restart your System

If you’re using Google Meet on PC, smartphone, iOS, and even Chromebook. Its recommended to restart your system, this will fix all of the random glitches. 4. Reconnect the web camera

Sometimes, web cameras can bother you with different issues and one of them is video freeze. The only way to resolve the issue is to re-plug the web camera, just unplug the camera and plug it again.

5. Perform a Powerwash (Only for Chromebook users)

Powerwash is similar to factory reset for a Chromebook, also it is good to perform a complete power wash, this can make your Chromebook back to normal. Here’s how you can do that.

1. Sign out of your Chromebook
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R keys and restart your device
3. A box will appear > select “powerwash” and click on “Continue”
4. Just follow the on-screen prompts
5. Login back to your Google account
6. And finalize the reset once it’s done
