New Opera for Android v50 introduces turn off ad blocking feature

The native Ad Blocking feature on mobile web browsers is quite common nowadays. Now, the Opera officially released Opera for Android v50 which provides the ad blocking option much easier.

Now, you can easily and quickly turn on/off the ads on any of your visited sites manually and individually. That will come in handy for those who read blogs a lot thoroughly for a longer time. Therefore, some of the visitors won’t get irritated by unnecessary ads.

You just have to turn on/off the ad blocking toggle from the search bar of the Opera browser for Android. Tap on the little green padlock icon to expand the “Exclude from ad blocking” option.

Thus you don’t have to think twice about a whitelist or turn ad off entirely. Similarly, it can also improve the cookie dialog box blocking option.

Picture-in-Picture Mode and Faster Navigation

The update also comes with native picture-in-picture (PIP) mode for the avid video viewers. The picture-in-picture support for videos can be available for Android 8.0 or higher version running devices.

The PIP mode come in handy while you go back from the individual app screen/menuIn addition, it includes an easier way to open PDF files and other documents as well.

Now, it also supports dark CSS themes along with a fast scroller option to browse pages quickly.

New Languages Added

Now, the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian languages are also available in Opera for Android v50. The latest Opera Browser v50.2.2426.136249 can be downloaded from here via APK Mirror.
