The Meizu is set for the launch of next smartphone called Meizu M6T with the dual rear camera setup. The smartphone will launch on May 29 in China. The Chinese microblogging website, Weibo revealed the leaked images of Meizu M6T device. The device will be available in four different colors like Black, Grey, Red, and Golden. Recently, the device is spotted on the Geekbench browser as well with MediaTek MT6750 SoC, known as a Blue Charm 6T model. The device has been leaked on Geekbench showing the Spreadtrum SC9850 SoC but it has been slightly changed and now it shows MediaTek SoC for sure.
The Meizu M6T scored a rank of 612 points in single-core and the multi-score point was 2506. That is decent enough for a budget category smartphone. The launch event will be held at Sanlitun Mega Studio Theatre in Beijing, China at 2:30 PM local time (12:00 PM IST). The leaked image shows that the back panel is made out of a soft, rubberized polycarbonate material.
Meizu M6T Specifications
The Meizu M6T smartphone will come with 1.5GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC along with 3GB/4GB of RAM. However, there could be a 2GB RAM variant as well with 16GB/32GB/64GB onboard storage capacity. The processor is coupled with Mali T860 MP2 GPU. The handset featured a 5.7-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1440 × 720 pixels. The vertical dual rear camera features a 13MP of primary sensor and a 2MP of the secondary sensor and a LED flash. Whereas, the front will have a single 8MP of the selfie camera.
The device will run on Android 7.0 Nougat over Flyme OS 6.2 out of the shell. The Meizu M6T will be powered by a non-removable 3,230 mAh battery which might not support fast charging feature. The device has connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro USB port etc. Most of the major sensors are also available. The rear has a dedicated fingerprint sensor below the dual rear camera setup. The device weighs around 154 grams with a dimension of 152.3 × 73 × 8.4mm.
