Microsoft has also mentioned that the official stable public version will start rolling out by the end of 2021 and will continue throughout the year 2022 according to regions.

Luckily, Microsoft has already started pushing the Win11 Preview Beta update to the existing and eligible Windows 10 PCs using the Dev Channel who’re applied to the Insider Preview from the Windows Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program.
